Heroes Of The Reformation: Gates Flung Open (2 of 4)
If you said that the Augustinian monk, Martin Luther, was the one who launched the Protestant Reformation, you would be 100% right. Dissatisfied with the teachings and practices of his church, he wrote 95 arguments against them. It was the act of nailing his work to the church door in Wittenberg that sparked the fire that would not go out.
